
We are changing, just like everyone. For a year now, we have been eating a plant-based diet, meaning we do not consume any animal-derived foods. Since we already knew everything about meat, experimenting with it was no longer a challenge.
We were looking for a new culinary challenge, and that was to experiment with a vegan street food menu. It turned out too well. It became a restaurant.
